This can right here is one we deemed to be in poor condition. That means theres significant rusting, including inside of the can. Theres quite a bit of spray paint on it, its dented and bent from its time in service, it might have tape and/or stickers on it, and its even pretty dirty, too. While this can may no longer be pretty, however, it is still functional.
