The Freedom Ordnance 9mm belt-fed AR-15 upper receiver has been designed, tested, and manufactured to drop on to any mil-spec AR-15 or M-16 lower receiver. A magazine block is dropped into the magazine well from the top before putting on the upper receiver. This provides an attachment point for the belt bag and houses the ejector, no tools are required.
