• i agree... ordered some TFO's b/c they had the cheapest price. took one week just for someone to get back to me via email TO TELL ME THEY DIDNT HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SHIP! still waiting
• The worst excuse for customer service ever. Placed order on 3/31. As of 4/14 no shipping confirmation or other contact. Tried for two days to speak to customer service, several long holds then line disconnected. Finally got a human and was told that the order had not shipped yet. NO KIDDING! Pulled teeth until I found out that of the seven items ordered, four were out of stock, one was no longer carried and the other two were still available at a slightly higher price. Avoid these crooks at all costs.
