Oviedo Arsenal Spain mfg, 1916 pattern Short Rifle, converted to 7.62mm NATO with 22" barrel, wood stock, tangent leaf sliding rear sight, blade front sight with protective ears, and bent bolt handle. These are unmarked or scrubbed receivers without the Crest, and are stamped 7.62 on receiver, and stamped 308 on the barrel. Good bore condition. Most do not include the cleaning rod. Metal finish has areas of pitting and corrosion. Stock shows dents, dings and small minor cracks, overall good condition, used. C&R eligible. NOTE: It's been brought to my attention that these rifles might be ones that were sold off when SAMCO Global went out of business and might be in pretty rough shape.
