Each magazine has been inspected and tested for the follower to travel freely, visually inspection of feed-lips in good condition, solvent dipped, follower lubricated and test fit in a rifle. Each mag may have rust spots, finish wear, tiny dents and dings, other cosmetic imperfections that have made these categorized as 'used condition', do not expect perfect mags.
