These are new USGI 20 round aluminum magazines. They have the milspec dry film finish and the black plastic follower. These are made by the current sub-contractor for Colt (made in Hartford, CT). These are excellent quality magazines and are used by many OEM suppliers, including Rock River Arms. from Eagle Firearms
