This BCA 300 Blackout 15" Mlok Complete Upper consists of a 16" parkerized barrel with a 1:7 twist, housed in a 15" Mlok rail. It is chambered as a .300 Blackout with a carbine length gas system. The upper receiver is assembled with our BCA M4 Flat top upper receiver and the standard bolt carrier group and charging handle are included.
